Like all great sports we want players to aspire to be like their heroes but for the most part tennis struggles to bring the excitement of one of the worlds truly global sports into a child’s life. So as a key part of the EKT program we provide the Evolution World Tour.

Through six events players can follow the tour from Melbourne to Rome, Paris to London and New York to Beijing. We provide the tools, formats and resources to create an exciting series of events across the year and through the network provide opportunities to really get kids connected.

In addition to the World Tour, Court Warrior skills will help you to prepare your players properly for competition helping them to understand where to focus their efforts and how to deal with challenging situations.

We believe that Competition is the tipping point for a players development – Love it and they will become a player for life but have the wrong competitive experience and you may lose them all together.So World Tour events have been developed to ensure that both the on and off court environment is in keeping with the needs of a child. By starting in the club, we create a reason to take more lessons, get more involved and aspire to really be a tennis player! Without it, we are likely to lose players in favor of other sports.

Parents also play a vital role in sending the right messages about competition so we have not left anything to chance.  As well as the parents guide there are tools to help programs to work with parents in order to keep them up to date and on board.

Court warrior is an essential part of EKT. We believe that we are equipping young players with the skills that they need to deal with the challenges life will send their way both on and off the    court. The four behaviors that we reward in Court Warrior are Train – Explore – Compete – Respect .

We reward these using an honors system of wrist bands identifying them in the way outlined in the Court Warrior Guide.Alongside this we have developed over 40 practices designed to encourage these skills supported by special tools like the Wild Cards Game and Court Warrior Challenge App.

Wild Cards Tool is a valuable addition to the drills and activities that are included in the Court Warrior part of EKT.

Based on the principles used in the design of many computer games and married with the lements of Court Warrior, Wild Cards is a pack of cards that can be earned in a variety of ways through training, competing and practicing.

The cards are then used in match play at the end of the practice, camp or event in Wild Cards Challenge matches.

Our guide explains the many different ways that cards can be gained and how to use them to create excitement and greater commitment to your program.

The 50 card pack includes 10 different types of cards with advantages that can be used in a match.

Some are more powerful than others but all help players to develop a greater understanding of the tactical elements of the game, while other players learn to deal with the adversity that these advantage create for their opponent.

Evolution Kids Tennis is a program that teaches skills in a way that kids learn today. It is based on a unique set of tactical missions and supported by the technical teaching that makes the completion of these missions a reality. Young players approach each task with a greater understanding of the game and a motivation that keeps tennis inspiring and exciting.

More than just the skills to play, we focus on the skills needed to compete. Players learn to enjoy adversity and challenge, gain an understanding of what to focus on in match situations and through a greater tactical awareness learn to control the competitive world around them. These skills translate way beyond the court and into all areas of their lives. Evolution Kids Tennis helps to make little warriors both on and off the court.
